Since its inauguration in 1998 the first edition of PHotoEspaña, the International Festival of Photography and Visual Arts Madrid has been hailed as one of the main events of contemporary photography worldwide.
Between the 1st June and 25 July, photo enthusiasts have the opportunity to accompany a year to this festival for its 60 exhibitions spread around Madrid, Lisbon and Cuenca. PHotoEspaña thus becomes to become the World Meeting of the picture which will bring together photographers, visual artists, critics and national and international specialists around a program of exhibitions and activities.
